Incuba is a town in Ehrmantraut County on Carraway Island. As of the 2014 census, its population was 2,420.

It is located directly north of the City of Adustelan, across Adustelan Bay, and is a part of the Greater Adustelan Metropolitan Area. Before 2014, the only direct link to the city without having to drive inland around the bay was by boat. However, by the end of 2014, the Ehrmantraut Harbor Bridge will provide a direct link for car traffic across the bay.

The town is home to the Carraway Nuclear Power Plant, which has been decommissioned since 1988.
